Hong Kong Stopover Hotels

There are several diving destinations in Asia, and long haul trips require you often to stay in  Hong Kong making it the perfect  STOPOVER for a day or so which is just right to settle you into that vacation frame of mind prior to your super diving foray.

Many of the marvellous hotels on offer are situated right on top of the heart of Hong Kong’s bustling shopping centres and nightlife.  It is true to say that until you have experienced the wonders of entertainment district of Tsimshatsui, Kowloon or the harbour Tsimshatsu marketplace you have not lived.

You will stand back and  wonder in amazement at the diverse contrasts and stunning cityscape views surrounding the city.

Some features and attractions not to be missed while you are staying in Hong Kong are that The Peak  offering the vies across the city, try the Peak Tram it’s a fabulous experience. 

Moving on down to the harbour you must catch the Star Ferry , recommend to see this at least once at dusk when the harbour light show performed by the harbour front buildings is enacted, it really is a wonderful site to see.  Finally in this short trip around Hong Kong, make sure you have time to visit Lantau Island where the worlds’ largest outdoor Buddha can be seen next to Po Lin Monastery and close to the Tai O village which is built on stilts.
